I have a degree in exercise science. I have been a personal trainer since 1996. I truly believe that senior fitness programs such as Silver Sneakers provided by Medicare Advantage are beneficial.

These programs incorporate change of direction, which are fall preventative. They incorporate power chain moves and hip mobility, which assist in getting up and down in a chair without the use of the arms and upper body movement.

I worked longterm care as a certified nursing assistant. I know how to improve the quality of life well within the senior years. Quality of life means not only more satisfaction for the elderly but also less cost for the providers.
