The number of Americans who choose Medicare Advantage continues to increase year over year – a testament to the better services, better access to care, and better value that Medicare Advantage delivers. More than 30 million seniors and people with disabilities are enrolled in Medicare Advantage, nearly half of all those eligible nationwide.

Many states have especially high rates of Medicare Advantage enrollment, including Arizona (45.5%), Georgia (47.6%), Michigan (50.2%), Nevada (43.9%), Pennsylvania (44.2%), and Wisconsin (42.3%), as well as states with large senior populations like California (45.5%), Florida (51.3%), and New York (46.2%). In addition to growing enrollment, Medicare Advantage continues to earn strong marks from enrollees. In fact, 94% of senior voters with Medicare Advantage are satisfied with their coverage, and 93% would recommend Medicare Advantage to their family and friends. 4 in 5 senior voters say it is important that the federal government and the Biden Administration protect funding for Medicare Advantage.

Medicare Advantage provides affordable, high-quality, and comprehensive coverage that allows seniors and people with disabilities to stay healthy.
