Seniors Show Love for Medicare Advantage

Earlier this year, the 1.8 million members of the Coalition made their voices heard through social media, letters to their local newspapers, calls and letters to Congress, and by coming to DC in person to share their stories about why Medicare Advantage is so important. With your help, which gained the support of over 340 members of Congress, the Coalition came together to make a difference and protect seniors’ health care benefits for another year.

As Coalition member Mari Velar said in a recent interview, Facebook is one of the best ways for seniors to make their voices heard, and Coalition members are still showing an outpouring of positivity and support for their Medicare Advantage plans on the Coalition page:

9 out of 10 seniors on Medicare Advantage are satisfied with their plans. Medicare Advantage outperforms traditional Medicare Fee-For-Service in 9 out of 11 clinical quality measures, and has 13-20% fewer hospital readmissions.
